Products Description
The DZH series of new boilers are single-drum horizontal water-tube boilers with a movable grate combustion system. They are highly adaptable to various fuels, including biomass pellets, bituminous coal, anthracite, and a mixture of biomass and coal.
The structure is scientifically designed: the water-cooled walls on both sides of the furnace serve as radiant heating surfaces, while the wing walls and internal threaded flue tubes of the boiler drum form a powerful convective heating surface. The front and rear arches are constructed of integrally cast heat-resistant concrete, offering high strength, high temperature resistance, and anti-stripping properties. The outer shell uses a three-dimensional protective panel for both insulation and aesthetics.
Integrating advanced technologies such as arched tube sheets, threaded flue tubes, and a figure-eight flue gas flow path, the DZH series boilers completely solve the persistent problems of traditional shell-type boilers, such as tube sheet cracking, drum bulging, water-cooled wall tube rupture, low thermal efficiency, and insufficient output. Actual measured thermal efficiency is consistently ≥82%.
Widely used in chemical, light industry, textile, building materials, food and beverage, printing and dyeing, papermaking, wood processing, hotel, and clothing industries, it is the preferred mature product for environmental protection retrofitting of coal-fired boilers and flexible multi-fuel heating.
