Production Line
AIXBOILER is a specialized manufacturer focused on the R&D and production of industrial boilers, commercial heating equipment and custom pressure vessels. Our manufacturing plant is equipped with a complete set of modern production and inspection facilities, covering the whole workflow from raw material handling to finished‑product testing.
Our boiler manufacturing process follows strict pressure‑equipment standards. Raw steel plates and stainless‑steel materials are first subject to incoming material inspection, including chemical composition analysis and mechanical property verification. After passing inspection, materials go through CNC automatic cutting, plate rolling and bending to form shells, furnace chambers and flue gas passages.

Automatic submerged‑arc welding and argon‑arc welding are adopted for main welding seams. All critical welds will undergo non‑destructive testing (NDT), including RT radiographic testing, UT ultrasonic testing, MT magnetic particle testing to eliminate welding defects. After welding assembly, each boiler unit will complete heat treatment to remove internal stress. Hydrostatic pressure test and air‑tightness test are mandatory procedures. Finally, complete combustion, safety and performance commissioning will be carried out before packaging and shipment.

  2. Biomass‑fired Boilers: Chain‑grate and reciprocating‑grate biomass steam & hot water boilers, burning biomass pellets, wood chips, agricultural waste. Energy‑saving and eco‑friendly for textile, food processing, agricultural processing plants.
  3. Electric Heating Boilers: Electric steam boilers and electric hot water boilers. Clean, zero‑emission, easy operation, ideal for sites with strict environmental requirements.
  4. Thermal Oil Heaters (Thermal Fluid Heaters): High‑temperature indirect heating equipment, widely used in rubber, chemical, printing and dyeing, wood‑processing industries.
  5. Commercial Condensing Boilers: High‑efficiency modular condensing heating units, supporting multi‑unit cascade operation, for district heating, campus and large‑scale commercial heating systems.
  6. Custom Pressure Vessels & Auxiliary Equipment: We also fabricate supporting pressure vessels, heat exchangers, reactors, steam accumulators, water tanks and other non‑standard pressure‑bearing equipment according to customer drawings and technical requirements.
