Product Description
This high-temperature steam integrated pressure reduction station is a complete skid-mounted unit, composed of five core components:
1. Pipeline & Valve Assembly It includes inlet shut-off valve, Y-type filter, steam-water separator, pressure reducing valve, desuperheating water regulating valve, bypass valve, outlet shut-off valve, drain valve and safety relief valve. It completes steam cutoff, filtration, pressure regulation, drainage and overpressure protection.
2. Desuperheating Water System It consists of demineralized water filter, check valve and high-pressure atomizing nozzle. It provides purified cooling water and realizes steam desuperheating through fine water atomization.
3. Instrumentation Components It is equipped with pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, local pressure and temperature gauges. It monitors real-time steam parameters and outputs control signals.
4. Electric Control System It contains PLC control cabinet and electric/pneumatic actuators. It realizes automatic closed-loop control and safety interlock protection. Skid-mounted Steel Base All equipment and pipelines are pre-assembled on an integral steel skid for modular and quick field installation.
