Product Description
The SZL series boilers are double-drum, longitudinally arranged chain grate steam/hot water boilers. These boilers feature a double-drum longitudinal arrangement with staggered upper and lower drums. The boiler body is formed by convection tube bundles and water-cooled wall tubes, ensuring safe and reliable water circulation. Dense water-cooled wall tubes are arranged on both sides of the furnace, with the front and rear water-cooled wall tubes extending downwards to support the grate on both sides. The combustion equipment uses a lightweight chain grate or reciprocating grate, with compartment ventilation and electronic stepless speed control, ensuring complete combustion and adaptability to a wide range of coal types.
SZL boilers achieve a thermal efficiency of 82%-88%, a rated evaporation capacity of 2-35 t/h, a rated pressure of 1.0-2.5 MPa, and a steam temperature of 194-450℃; hot water boilers have a rated power of 1.4-29 MW and an outlet water temperature of 95-150℃. With advantages such as sufficient output, large load adjustment range (30%-110%), high degree of automation, and convenient installation and transportation, it is widely used in industries such as textiles, food, papermaking, chemicals, and heating, and is one of the most cost-effective industrial boiler products currently available.
