Project Overview 

One set of LSS 500kg/h vertical oil‑gas‑fired steam boiler is supplied for process steam generation of a local food‑processing plant in Bangladesh. The project is settled under Letter of Credit.

Limited by the available space inside the workshop, the compact LSS vertical boiler is selected. Designed for dual‑fuel operation of natural gas and diesel, the unit adapts to unstable gas supply conditions in Bangladesh.

Factory Audit & Pre‑Shipment Inspection by Agent

• Verified our special‑equipment manufacturing qualification, quality‑control system, raw‑material management and production procedures.
• Inspected critical processes including welding quality, hydraulic pressure test, assembly and PLC control system commissioning.
• Cross‑checked technical data and complete safety accessories. The boiler passed on‑site acceptance and complies with local industrial standards.

Export Packing & Supervised Loading

• Boiler body, burner, control cabinet, piping components and spare parts were well packed with moisture‑proof and anti‑collision protection for ocean transportation.
• The agent supervised container loading on‑site. Shipping marks and packing list were double‑checked with full photo documentation.
• Customs formalities completed. Goods information is fully consistent with documents to guarantee smooth destination‑port clearance.
