Client Visit to Aix Boiler Factory – Building Confidence Through On‑Site Inspection

On November 3, 2025, a delegation from Ripon Chemical Co., Ltd. visited the manufacturing facility of Aix Boiler (Henan) Co., Ltd. The purpose of this visit was to conduct a thorough on‑site evaluation of our production capabilities and to inspect the quality of our electric heating thermal oil boilers, which they were considering for their new polymer condensation process.

Upon arrival, the guests were given a comprehensive tour of our factory, with special focus on the boiler workshop, assembly lines, and quality control laboratories. They observed the entire manufacturing cycle – from raw material inspection to final pressure testing – and were particularly impressed by our rigorous quality assurance system. Our technical engineers provided an on-site demonstration of the WNS series boiler, highlighting its three-pass design as well as its fully automatic control and safety protection systems.
